Dr Large to Indiana's Still Creek Farms

Son of A.P. Indy, standing for $1,500, enhances Indiana stallion roster

Dr Large , a 4-year-old son of A.P. Indy, will stand the 2011 breeding season at Still Creek Farms near Brookville, Indiana, for a fee of $1,500.

The stakes-winning Dr Large is out of the winning mare Debit Account, by Mr. Prospector. The A.P. Indy cross with Mr. Prospector mares is one of the most successful in modern Thoroughbred breeding. The cross has produced sires such as Pulpit, Malibu Moon, Mineshaft, and Congrats.

Dr Large, who is owned by Carmalley Valley Farm, is a full brother to gr. III winner Lomaki while Debit Account is a half-sister to multiple gr. II winner Angulla, by Seattle Slew.

Running up earnings of $215,000, Dr Large proved victorious on both dirt and turf, and is from the immediate family of Mutakddim, Private Account, Woodman, and Not For Love.
