On April 9, fans at Aqueduct and the Belmont Café will receive an Uncle Mo bracelet to commemorate the champion’s appearance in the $1 million Resorts World New York Casino Wood Memorial (gr. I).
The bracelets will come in two styles reflecting the colors of owner Mike Repole’s silks—royal blue with orange “Uncle Mo” text, and orange with royal blue “Uncle Mo” text. They will be distributed to fans at the entry turnstiles, as supplies last.
While general admission on April 9 at Aqueduct is free, there will be a $3 admission fee to access the 3rd floor Skyline and Equestris areas.
The Wood Memorial is the final Triple Crown prep race for undefeated Uncle Mo. The 3-year-old son of Indian Charlie was named champion 2-year-old colt and is the current favorite for the may 7 Kentucky Derby (gr. I).
The April 9 Aqueduct card also includes the Carter Handicap (gr. I) for sprinters, the Bay Shore (gr. III) for 3-year-old sprinters, and the Comely (gr. III) for 3-year-old filly milers.
