NTRA will offer video streaming and HRRN will have live broadcast.

The National Thoroughbred Racing Association’s Web site will offer free, live video streaming of the April 3 Florida Derby (gr. I), which will also be broadcast live by the Horse Racing Radio Network.

The first in the 2011 NTRA Live! series of Webcasts, the Florida Derby from Gulfstream Park will be hosted by Randy Moss, beginning at 5:30 p.m. (ET), with post time for the Florida Derby slated for 5:42 p.m. (ET).

In addition to live streaming of featured races, NTRA Live! features interviews with handicappers and on-track analysts, interactive chats with viewers, pre-and post-race analysis, free Equibase past performance data, handicapping selections; a one-click link to wagering opportunities, and other original and unique programming components. The executive producer of NTRA Live! is Tim Turrell. Access to the Webcast at www.ntra.com is free.

HRRN’s two hour broadcast can be heard from 4-6 p.m.,  and includes coverage of two grade III stakes on the Florida Derby undercard--the Appleton and Skip Away--as well as the grade II Swale on taped delay.

Mike Penna will anchor the HRRN coverage along with analyst Jude Feld.
