Graded Winner Until Sundown to Wafare in Kentucky

Graded stakes winner Until Sundown will enter stud at Nathan Fox and Richard Kaster's Wafare Farm near Midway, Ky. The 4-year-old son of Smart Strike will stand as the property of Emmanuel de Seroux' Narvick International and partners for a fee of $4,000 live foal.

Until Sundown finished in the top two in six of nine starts for owners San Gabriel Investments and Sidney L. Port Trust. He won the 2001 Affirmed Handicap (gr. III) and was runner-up to Congaree in the Swaps Stakes (gr. I) and was second in the Alydar Stakes.

Until Sundown, who was bred by Hermitage Farm, David A. Jones, and R. Gene Smith Partnership, earned $276,600 in his sole year of racing while trained by de Seroux' wife, Laura. He is a half-brother to stakes winner Cool Air, and his dam, Cool Baby (by Northern Baby), was stakes-placed.
