Taylor Made to Act as Agent For Invisible Ink

Taylor Made Farm has been named as the broker for Kentucky Derby runner-up Invisible Ink. John Fort, president of Peachtree Stable, the syndicate that owns Invisible Ink, said that the farm will be the sole agent in negotiating deals to stand the son of Thunder Gulch.

Fort said that Invisible Ink has left trainer Todd Pletcher's barn and is being vanned down to Taylor Made Farm in Nicholasville, Ky., where he will be available for inspection on Monday, Dec. 9.

"Taylor Made is like Wal-Mart in that they supply the customer with everything he needs," Fort said. "We made a real good arrangement, and they've put together an extensive adverstising campaign and a beautiful video of the horse."

Invisible Ink retired this year with four victories, three seconds and a third from 14 starts for earnings of $465,088. In addition to his second the 2001 Derby, he also finished third in the Florida Derby.
