Fasig-Tipton has cataloged 152 selected yearlings for its 93rd Saratoga sale, to be held in upstate New York Monday and Tuesday evenings, Aug. 5 and 6.
"This year's Saratoga catalog once again boasts tremendous quality," said Fasig-Tipton president Boyd Browning in a release. "Buyers will find a group of yearlings with worldwide sire power, depth of pedigree, as well as the excellent physical conformation traditionally found at Saratoga."
Saratoga sale graduates have gone on to capture some of the sport's most prestigious races.
"The ultimate measure of a sale is racetrack performance, and the Saratoga sale is the number-one ranked yearling sale in North America by percentage of grade I winners and stakes winners," continued Browning. "Graded stakes-winning graduates like recent Acorn Stakes (gr. I) winner Midnight Lucky, plus Union Rags , Plum Pretty, Freedom Child, and Black Onyx continue the nearly century-long tradition of top class runners offered at the Saratoga sale."
Sessions will begin each evening at 7 p.m. in the Humphrey S. Finney Pavilion in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
The catalog may now be viewed online at www.fasigtipton.com and will also be available via the Equineline Catalog App. Print catalogs will be available from all Fasig-Tipton offices by July 1.
