The Visualiser Gets First Winner at Lone Star

Color of Truth wins third start by 1 3/4 lengths June 29.

Oklahoma freshman sire The Visualiser  got his first winner June 29 when Color of Truth captured a 5 1/2 furlong maiden special weight at Lone Star Park (VIDEO).

Color of Truth is a gray or roan filly out of Miss Mescalero, by Foxhound, who is owned by Joel and Ali Rush. The filly was bred by Center Hills Farm, which owns and stands The Visualiser at its Mighty Acres near Pryor, Okla. Color of Truth was making her third career start and was the high weight in the race toting 121 pounds. She won by 1 3/4 lengths in 1:06.04.

The Visualiser is a son of Giant's Causeway  out of stakes winner Smokey Mirage. He sold for $1 million to bloodstock agent John Ferguson during the 2004 Keeneland September sale and went on to place in the Canadian Derby (Can-III). The Visualiser has 12 named foals in his first crop and stands for $1,500.
