Jockey Terry Thompson registered the 3,000th victory of his career in the first race at Prairie Meadows July 14 aboard Ifoundmy Mojo.
Traveling six furlongs, the winner went off as the 1-2 betting favorite in the allowance/optional claiming race for owner Maggi Moss and trainer Chris Richard. Settling in third through the first half-mile, the 5-year-old Florida-bred son of Spanish Steps pressed forward in the stretch to win by a margin of seven lengths in 1:10.86. Ifoundmy Mojo was claimed out of the race for $15,000.
