Graded Winner Nonios Among Three to Colebrook

Other stallions to stand at the Ontario farm are Not Bourbon and Bear's Kid.

John Burness' Colebrook Farms near Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada, has added three new stallions to its roster for the 2014 season.

Nonios, winner of the 2012 Affirmed Handicap (gr. III) and a two-time grade I-placed runner, will stand his first season at stud for $2,000 (Canadian funds). Owned by Colebrook, he is by Pleasantly Perfect out of the Touch Gold mare Stylish Manner.

Not Bourbon  (Not PossibleBourbon Belle, by Storm Boot), a five-time stakes winner at Woodbine, will stand for $5,000 as property of C.F. Farms. He previously stood for the same fee at Norse Ridge Farms near King City, Ontario, Canada.

Bear's Kid, who scored his big victory in the 2005 Summer Stakes (Can-IIT), will stand for $2,500 as property of Colebrook Farms and Bear Stables. The son of Lemon Drop Kid Tap to Music, by Pleasant Tap, previously stood for a private fee at TC Westmeath Stud Farm near Shelburne, Ontario, Canada.

Colebrook Farm's other stallions and their 2014 fees are as follows: Signature Red , $2,500 (same as last year); Leonnatus Anteas, $3,500 (same as last year); Tethra, $1,500 (down from $2,500 last year); Marcavelly, $2,000 (down from $2,500 last year); and Mr. Jester, $2,000 (down from $2,500 last year).
