Best of the Bests Relocated to Alberta

The son of Machiavellian will stand for an introductory fee of $2,000.

Group I winner Best of the Bests has been relocated to Peaceful Valley Farm in Alberta, Canada.

The 16-year-old son of MachiavellianSueboog, by Darshaan, previously stood at Park Stud in Ontario.

"He is a good opportunity for the western breeders because has a strong Native Dancer background," said Anthony Bilotta, who owns an interest in Peaceful Valley Farm, which is run by Jack and Linda Johnston.

"With Darshaan as the broodmare sire, he comes from a family of families," Bilotta said.

Best of the Bests will stand for an introductory stud fee of $2,000 stands and nurses for the 2014 breeding season. Special consideration will be given to stakes-winning or stakes-placed mares.

The Irish-bred stallion picked up a new Canadian stakes winner when Good Better Best won the Elgin Stakes at Woodbine in August.
