Dan Pride Returning to Darley

Dan Pride worked for Darley before taking a position with Fasig-Tipton in 2008.

Following 5 1/2 years as Fasig-Tipton's executive vice president and chief operating officer, Dan Pride will return to Darley, where he was integral in the development of its American operations between 2002 and 2008.

Jimmy Bell, Darley's president in America, said in a statement, "Dan's energy and experience will add a great deal to our team and we look forward to welcoming him back to Darley this week."

"Fasig-Tipton has been a great experience and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with some of the best professionals in the game," Pride said in a statement. "I look forward to rejoining the crew at Darley."

No plans have been made yet about who will fill Pride's position at Fasig-Tipton, according to sale company president Boyd Browning.

"We are sorry to see Dan leave, and I'm sure he will do a great job at Darley as did with us," Browning said. "We need to evaluate our staff (regarding a replacement) so as of right now no one has been identified to fill that position."
