Race Track Chaplaincy of America will host its second annual golf tournament Oct. 1 at Griffin Gate Golf Club in Lexington, Ky., with a portion of the proceeds from the event benefiting the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund.
The cost is $400 per team, or $100 for an individual patron. The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.
Included in the registration fee are a cart and green fees, boxed lunch, refreshments on course, and a team photo, followed by an awards ceremony and buffet dinner. Awards will be given out for longest drive, closest-to-the-pin, and winning team. The grand prize, a St. Andrew's golf vacation, will be awarded for a hole-in-one on the 11th hole.
