Unbridled's Heart to Double Infinity in Texas

Son of Unbridled's Song to stand at Double Infinity for 2015.

Unbridled's Heart, a son of Unbridled's Song whose first foals are yearlings, has relocated and will stand the 2015 breeding season at Wes Melcher's Double Infinity Ranch near Sulphur Springs, Texas. A fee will be announced later.

Owned by Ian Yarnot, Unbridled's Heart stood the previous three season at Keen Farms near Burleson, Texas.

Stakes-placed Unbridled's Heart recorded a 3-5-4 mark fromm 20 starts and earned $151,893. He ran third in the 2008 Postponed Stakes at Belmont Park and 2011 Dallas Turf Cup Stakes at Lone Star Park. The gray/roan was bred in Kentucky by Darrell and Cindy Johnson and was a $1 million 2006 Keeneland September sale yearling purchase by John Ferguson for Darley Stable.

Unbridled's Heart is out of multiple graded stakes winner Wild Heart Dancing (by Farma Way). A seven-time stakes winner from 25 starts, Wild Heart Dancing won the nine-furlong Canadian Handicap (gr. IIT) in 2000 and three other graded turf stakes. Wild Heart Dancing is a half sister to grade I winner Man from Wicklow.

The late Unbridled's Song is the sire 107 stakes winners including last year's champion 3-year-old male Will Take Charge .

Unbridled's Heart is the first stallion to stand at Double Infinity Ranch, which is in its second year of operation. Double Infinity's owner has campaigned top Texas-breds including 2013 Texas Horse of the Year Worldventurer.
