Stud Fee for Kitten's Joy Unchanged for 2015

The son of El Prado will stand for $100,000 stands and nurses for 2015.

Ramsey Farm announced Nov. 1 that the 2015 stud fee for Kitten's Joy , the leading general sire and top turf sire of 2013, will remain at $100,000 stands and nurses.

The 13-year-old son of El Prado—Kitten's First, by Lear Fan, has three progeny entered for the second day of the Breeders' Cup World Championships. The stallion's fee will not be affected by the outcome of the Breeders' Cup races, the farm announced.

Stephanie's Kitten is a leading contender in the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf (gr. IT), while Bobby's Kitten  and Home Run Kitten are entered in the Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint (gr. IT). Homebred Stephanie's Kitten will be sold at the Fasig-Tipton November sale Nov. 3.
