Unusual Heat to Stand for $20,000 in 2015

Fee for six-time leading California sire is unchanged from last year.

Six-time leading California sire Unusual Heat will stand in 2015 for $20,000 at John C. Harris' Harris Farms near Coalinga, Calif.  
The fee for the 24-year-old son of Nureyev out of Rossard, by Glacial, is unchanged from his 2014 fee. 
Unusual Heat, who set the all-time California record for progeny earnings in 2008, has progeny earnings of more than $3.7 million this year, led by recent California Flag Handicap winner Boozer, who has bankrolled $255,232.
Unusual Heat was California's flagship stallion from 2008-2013.
The Harris Farms' roster also includes Lucky Pulpit, whose 2015 fee has been set at $10,000; Heatseeker, who will stand for $5,000; Smiling Tiger , $5,000; Desert Code, $2,000; Tizbud , $1,500; Lucky J. H., $1,500, and Lakerville, who will stand privately.
