Each year, TOBA honors owners and breeders from 23 states and Canada. Also honored are four Regional Owners of the Year, a National Owner of the Year, two National Breeders of the Year, the Broodmare of the Year and the Rood & Riddle Sport Horse of the Year.
The 27th annual National Awards Dinner will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 7, 2012 at the Keeneland Entertainment Center at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Ky. The awards presentation begins at 7 p.m.
