Contest Winners whose prize is awarded as a Wagering Credit at BetAmerica.com are subject to the following rules:

Players must be at least 21 years of age.

Contest winners must register with and establish an active wagering account with BetAmerica.com, providing all information requested by BetAmerica.com in order to verify identity and age.

Contest Winners must reside in other than a Restricted Racing State. Wagers on racing at BetAmerica.com may only be placed when the account holder is physically located in a state other than a Restricted Racing State. The BetAmerica.com Restricted Racing States are as follows: Alaska, Arizona, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia and Washington.

Contest winnings will be issued as wagering credits in your wagering account at BetAmerica.com. Contest winnings cannot be withdrawn unless the full amount of Contest winnings has been wagered, i.e., if the contest winnings was $100 you need to wager at least $100 before you can withdraw funds.
