Sam-Son Farm's Journey Home made her journey west a winning one Nov. 26 at Del Mar with a clear score in the in the $100,000 Jimmy Durante Stakes (gr. IIIT), but the victory was not without controversy, albeit by no fault of the War Front filly.

LNJ Foxwoods' With Honors returns to the Del Mar turf—a surface over which she claimed her last victory—after two starts at the highest level on dirt.
Champagne Room rewarded her backers handsomely, running back to her Sorrento Stakes (gr. II) form and winning the 14 Hands Winery Breeders' Cup Juvenile Filles (gr. I) to kick off the Nov. 5 World Championships card at Santa Anita Park.
Grade I winners Hoppertunity and Melatonin, among others, turned in works at Santa Anita Park Oct. 22 ahead of the Breeders' Cup.
After finishing fourth in her grade I debut in the Del Mar Debutante, Noted and Quoted found success in her second try at the top level with a half-length victory in the $300,000 Chandelier Stakes (gr. I) Oct. 1 at Santa Anita Park.
All eyes will be on American Cleopatra, the full sister to American Pharoah, as she takes a second shot to win a grade I in the Chandelier Stakes.
