No one will be forgetting Memories of Silver any time soon, because her daughter, Winter Memories, won some the same races at Saratoga as her dam.
Phillips Racing Partnership's Winter Memories, a millionaire daughter of El Prado, has been retired from racing due to a degenerative bone condition in her ankle and will begin a broodmare career at Darby Dan Farm.
Phillips Racing Partnership's homebred Winter Memories accelerated coming off the second turn and continued on for an impressive victory in the $600,000 Diana Handicap (gr. IT).
