Jockey Corey Lanerie was presented the prestigious George Woolf Memorial Jockey Award at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, CA. Senior VP Tom Ludt made the presentation in a winner's circle between races with his family and fellow riders sharing the moment. The Woolf Award recognizes those riders whose careers and personal character earn esteem for the individual and the sport of Thoroughbred racing. and has been presented annually by Santa Anita since 1950.

I Dazzle (left) with Robby Albarado aboard, wins the 39th running of the Red Camelia Stakes at the Fair Grounds Race Course and Slots in New Orleans, Louisiana. The $60,000 stake for four year old fillies and mares was run at about 1 1/16 miles on the turf in 1:46.19. Finishing second was Tensas Harbor and Ladyzarbridge was third. The victory gave Albarado his fourth win of five for the day.
