Repole Stable's Stopchargingmaria took over rounding the far turn and drew off to an impressive five-length victory over Unbridled Forever in the TVG Coaching Club American Oaks (gr. I) at Saratoga Race Course July 20.
Despite the absence of Untapable, who chose to run in the Haskell Invitational Handicap (gr. I) instead of running in the Coaching Club American Oaks (gr. I), only six sophomore fillies were entered for the July 20 test.
Longines Kentucky Oaks (gr. I) victress Untapable continued her perfect season June 28, running away with the $300,000 Mother Goose Stakes (gr. I) at Belmont Park by 9 1/2 lengths.

Kentucky Oaks (gr. I) winner Untapable will make her first start since cruising to a 4 1/2-length victory in that top Churchill Downs test when she faces an expected five other 3-year-old fillies in the Mother Goose.
With a victory by Palace Malice in the Metropolitan Handicap and Commissioner's Belmont Stakes runner-up, one of three near-misses June 7, trainer Todd Pletcher said he was "about a half-length away from a career day."

Sweet Reason came from off the pace to register her second grade I victory in the $750,000 TVG Acorn Stakes June 7 at Belmont Park.
