Little Mike, back on the beam after a slow start to the 2013 campaign, is set to defend his title against a solid field of domestic and foreign entrants in the $3 million Breeders' Cup Turf (gr. IT) Nov. 2.

Ken and Sarah Ramsey's runner burst through on the rail in the $500,000 United Nations Stakes (gr. IT) at Monmouth Park July 6, qualifying for the Breeders' Cup Turf (gr. IT). The 2012 BC Turf winner Little Mike was fourth.
After capturing three grade I victories on the turf last year, capped by a win in the Breeders' Cup Turf (gr. I) at Santa Anita Park, Little Mike will make his first U.S. start of the 2013 season in the United Nations Stakes.
