Mr Speaker, winner of the Belmont Derby Invitational (gr. IT) on turf in his most recent start, has been confirmed for the $1.25 million Travers (gr. I) on the dirt after breezing Aug. 17 at Saratoga Race Course.
Irish import Belisarius will not run in the $500,000 Secretariat Stakes (gr. IT) Aug. 16 at Arlington International Racecourse, the track reported.

Ken and Sarah Ramsey's Bobby's Kitten, again showing his affinity for the turf, rated nicely early and pulled away to a comfortable victory in the $500,000 Penn Mile on the grass at Penn National Race Course May 31.

The one-two finishers in the American Turf Stakes (gr. IIT) at Churchill Downs are set for a rematch in the $500,000 Penn Mile Stakes for 3-year-olds on the grass at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course May 31.
Mr Speaker exits a four-length win in the Lexington Stakes (gr. III) on Keeneland's Polytrack April 19, and Hall of Fame trainer Shug McGaughey believes he will relish the Belmont Park turf course.
