Itsmyluckyday, runner-up in the 2013 Preakness Stakes (gr. I) and winner of the Holy Bull Stakes (gr. II) early in his 3-year-old season, rolled to an authoritative victory April 26 in a minor stakes at Gulfstream Park.
While preparing 2013 Preakness (gr. I) runner-up Itsmyluckyday for a start in the $75,000 Best of the Rest Stakes to be run April 26 at Gulfstream, trainer Eddie Plesa Jr. revisited last year's Triple Crown experience.
