Black Caviar raced from ages 2 to 6 with 25 starts, and was never beaten. She's just been retired, and thoughts now turn to which stallion her owners will send her to in the upcoming breeding season.
Stuart S. Janney III and Phipps Stables, who bred and race Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I) winner Orb, will receive an additional $50,000 bonus as a result of the colt's May 4 victory.
