Multiple grade 1 winner and 2015 Canadian Horse of the Year Catch A Glimpse will return to her roots to run in Woodbine's $175,000 Nassau Stakes (G2T) May 27.
Sam-Son Farm's homebred Southern Ring, back home at Woodbine after a winter at Tampa Bay Downs, dug in to win the $125,000 Whimsical Stakes (G3) April 23 and spoiled the seasonal debut of 2016 Canadian Horse of the Year Caren.
Robert Marzilli's Caren, recently honored as Canada's Horse of the Year, will make her return to the races in the $125,000 Whimsical Stakes (G3) at Woodbine April 23.

Ivan Dalos' homebred Gamble's Ghost, patiently handled by jockey Luis Contreras, swooped to a score in the $150,000 Selene Stakes (Can-III) May 15 at Woodbine.
Steady performers Thrilled and Caren face well-bred stakes winner Treasuring, from the family of Better Than Honour.
Anne Walsh's Cactus Kris continued to pad her bankroll on synthetic surfaces with a going-away victory in the $150,000 Hendrie Stakes (Can-III) May 8 at Woodbine.
Speedway Stables' Leigh Court led the way and won the $150,000 Whimsical Stakes (Can-III) by two lengths April 10 at Woodbine.
Her first effort this year was a winning one, making her appear to be the one to beat. Her five rivals mostly have also had winning form at Woodbine in stakes events but she is the most accomplished of the field.
Diane Manning's Miss Mischief parlayed her success coming off a score in the H.B.P.A. Stakes last time out to make the grade in the $200,000 Bessarabian Stakes (Can-II) Nov. 15 at Woodbine.
Seven stakes winners, including two graded stakes winners, will line up for the grade III, six-furlong sprint at Woodbine.
Catch a Glimpse offered her rivals barely that in the $200,000 Natalma Stakes (Can-IIT) Sept. 12 at Woodbine, setting the pace and then rolling away to a five-length victory.
The mile turf event is a Breeders' Cup Challenge "Win and You're In" race for the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf (gr. IT) Oct. 30 at Keeneland.
Fifth with a quarter mile to run, Season Ticket was in charge with a furlong to go and coasted to a comfortable win in the $250,000 Wonder Where Stakes, the third jewel in Canadian Triple Tiara, Aug. 9 at Woodbine.
Stakes winners Galina Point and Brooklynsway head a field of 10 Canadian-bred 3-year-old fillies going 10 furlongs over Woodbine's turf course in the Wonder Where Stakes.
Hillaby, a close second to Endless Light in the July 1 Sweet Briar Too Stakes, figures to be tighter second time out in the Aug. 8 Seaway Stakes at Woodbine. The seven-furlong race drew seven older fillies.
