"I believe in fate," says Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert. "I believe that something really good is about to happen... but it's something we're just going to have to wait and see."
Ken Ramsey said he is loaded with 2-year-olds for next year's Kentucky Derby, but International Star, who swept the Fair Grounds Derby preps, might get him the roses a year earlier than planned.
The Churchill Downs communications department said April 29 that sources confirmed 22 horses have been entered for the May 2 Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I) for 3-year-olds going 1 1/4 miles.
