Conveyance turned back a bid from Cardiff Giant in upper stretch and went on to post a 1 3/4-length victory in the $150,000 San Rafael Stakes (gr. III) Jan. 16 at Santa Anita.
Zabeel Racing International's 4-year-old filly Game Face won the First Lady Stakes (gr. III) by three parts of a length over Joseph V. Shields Jr.'s 6-year-old mare Any Limit on Jan. 18, and the two talented sprinters meet once again Feb. 15 on the $125,000 Hurricane Bertie Stakes (gr. III) going 6 1/2 furlongs on Gulfstream's main track.
Zabeel Racing International's highly-touted 2-year-old Reynaldothewizard looks to rebound from a troubled trip in the Saratoga Special (gr. II) when he takes on 10 juveniles in the $500,000 Lane's End Breeders' Futurity (gr. I) Oct. 4 on the Keeneland Polytrack.
After lackluster performances in both the May 3 Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I) and the May 31 Ohio Derby (gr. II), Z Fortune has raised questions. On June 27 in the $250,000 Iowa Derby at Prairie Meadows, the son of Siphon looks to provide some answers when he faces seven rivals.
Zabeel Racing International's Stream of Gold won for the first time in nearly three years, and recorded his first win on American soil March 16, as the 7-year-old gelding scored by a neck over True Cause in the $150,000 Mac Diarmida Handicap (gr. IIT) on the Gulfstream Park turf.
