Jockey Francisco Torres will be out of action for an indefinite period of time after tests Jan. 9 revealed a fractured clavicle. Torres was thrown from a 3-year-old filly trained by Mark Frostad near the half-mile pole during morning workouts Jan.8.

A familiar television sports program dedicated to Thoroughbred and Harness Racing, is returning to the airwaves. Horsin' Around TV returns March 20. The half-hour program will air twice each Saturday on Fox Sports Net Chicago, at 5:30 a.m. and again at 11 a.m.
