Last weekend Bobby Frankel won three graded stakes races with three horses. This weekend he'll have three horses in one graded stakes race, the Del Mar Handicap (gr. IIT). Frankel is to saddle Northern Quest, Super Quercus, and Timboroa in Del Mar's feature Saturday.
Redattore rallied from behind an oddly set pace to win the $400,000 Eddie Read Handicap (gr. IT) on Saturday at Del Mar.

Last year's champion 2-year-old filly Chilukki worked five furlongs at Del Mar on Friday as she prepares for her next likely start, the $150,000 Kentucky Cup Sprint (gr. II). Flame Thrower, Riboletta, and Super Quercus also worked at Del Mar on Friday.
