My Turbulent Miss, dam of Prized and Exploit, Dies at Age 29

My Turbulent Miss died May 13 at Our Mims Retirement Haven. Farm owner Jeanne Mirabito said she found the mare in one of the farm's paddocks. The mare was 29 and will be buried at the farm.

OMRH Acquires Five Retired Broodmares, Launches 'Hats Off' Auction

Our Mims Retirement Haven announced Wednesday the acquisition of five retired broodmares. The new residents of OMRH are Exactly So, Jamra, Iza Valentine, Taba, and My Turbulent Miss. The mares will reside at Jeanne and Pete Mirabito's Ahwenasa Farm near Paris, Ky.
