II) for fillies and mares at 1 ½ miles on turf. The race is one of four stakes with a total $600,000 in purses on the Grand Slam II program at Calder Racecourse on Saturday.

The 5-year-old Dynaformer mare won last year's renewal of the race, which was switched off the turf and run on a muddy main track.

The Robert Hess Jr.-trained colt has won one of four career starts, breaking his maiden at one mile in last outing.
