Tuesday, June 16, 2009On Thursday, for the second time in less than a week, the California Horse Racing Board issued a complaint against a trainer after morphine was found in a post-race test of a horse. The CHRB charged trainer Jesus Mendoza after Truesdail Laboratories reported a positive test for morphine in a urine sample taken from Golden General after the colt finished second in the sixth race at Hollywood Park on June 23.
