AAEP Contributes $50,000 to Katrina Relief

The AAEP Foundation, Inc. has donated $50,000 to aid Gulf Coast horses affected by Hurricane Katrina. Donations of $25,000 each have been made to the Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association and the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association.

California Racing Industry Joins Relief Effort

California's racing industry has joined forces during the Labor Day weekend to help raise funds for victims of the Hurricane Katrina disaster in the Gulf States. Racing venues throughout the state are serving as collection centers for the effort with all funds raised being earmarked for the American Red Cross.
