The acclaimed documentary, "On The Muscle: Portrait of a Thoroughbred Racing Stable," which recently earned Pony Highway Productions and HorseRacing TV a national television media Eclipse award, will re-air Jan. 23 at 6 p.m. (ET) on HRTV.
