Passed in the stretch, Stellar Jayne turned back Daydreaming in the final furlong to capture the $250,000 Gazelle Handicap (gr. I) for 3-year-old fillies Saturday, her second grade I win of the summer at Belmont Park.
Stellar Jayne, whose biggest win came in the Mother Goose Stakes (gr. I) at Belmont Park in June, returns to the track of her greatest triumph for Saturday's Gazelle Handicap (gr. I),
Master David, who was second in the Remsen Stakes (gr. II) to Read the Footnotes, will be sent to Bobby Frankel at Hollywood Park to prepare for next year's Triple Crown.

Take Charge Lady drilled a half-mile in :47 4/5 on Saratoga's main track Friday morning. The grade I winner is being aimed for the Gazelle Handicap (gr. I) at Belmont Park.
After finishing on the board in a graded stakes in each of her last three starts, Exogenous made it to the Belmont Park winner's circle Saturday after upsetting the field of 3-year-old fillies in the $250,000 Gazelle Handicap (gr. I) to earn her first career stakes win.
Kentucky Oaks (gr. I) winner Secret Status will go to post as the 121-pound highweight when she faces seven other 3-year-old fillies in the $200,000 Gazelle Handicap (gr. I) Saturday at Belmont Park.
