The Kentucky State Veterinarian's office has lifted a restriction that kept horses from Indiana's Hoosier Park from entering the barn areas of any Kentucky racetrack or public training facility.
Tuesday, October 27, 2009Fifty-four quarantined horses are being removed from the Hoosier Park racetrack in Central Indiana after two others tested positive for a contagious infection.
