Handy N Bold, a 10-time stakes winner at Emerald Downs, was officially retired on Sunday.
Monday, September 15, 2003Bold Laddie, whose runners have earned nearly $10 million, was euthanized Aug. 7 at Salishan Meadows Farm near Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. His death came two days after his son Handy N Bold won the Governor's Handicap at Emerald Downs for the third consecutive year.
