The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association has re-elected Gary Biszantz as chairman of its board of trustees. It will mark the fourth term for Biszantz. The action was taken Aug. 13 during the organization's annual board meeting in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
Gary Biszantz was re-elected chairman of its board of trustees for the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association Friday. Also joining Biszantz on the Board of Trustees to serve three-year terms as new members are Bill Casner, Stuart Janney III, and Trudy McCaffrey.
