Many rely on our funding for basic horse care needs, while others may use the grants to build new pastures so they can expand their facilities.
Alan Greenspan says a sustained stock market rally would be the best thing for the American economy and it also would help the Thoroughbred auction business as well.
Once we can find the glass, we'd like to see it as half full heading into Keeneland's September yearling sale.
Harrah's Entertainment has ended up with Thistledown after all, but at a greatly reduced price.

"This establishes what the market is," Russell said at the close of the Sept. 9 session. "Everybody is here and they have now set the table. This is what the world is today, and they have established the value of these horses."
