Art Master, the second choice at 9-2 in the morning line for the Sept. 29 Kelso (gr. IIT) at Belmont Park, will not run, according to his trainer. Bobby Frankel said Sept. 28 that graded winner Art Master suffered from a quarter crack that was discovered after he was entered on Sept. 27 to run in the $250,000 Kelso.
