Tubby's Klubhouse Fundraiser a Success

In spite of a struggling economy, the generosity of Thoroughbred industry members and others was not lacking at the third annual Tubby's Klubhouse fundraiser Nov. 7. Tattersalls has cataloged 2,728 lots for its December mixed sale, which will be held Nov. 24 through Dec. 4 in England. There are 237 yearlings listed for the auction's first day, 1,261 foals spread over five days, and 1,230 lots of breeding stock listed for the sale's final four days.

CTHS Winter Mixed Sale Has 187 Horses

The Ontario division of the Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society (CTHS) has cataloged 187 horses for its winter mixed sale, which will be held Nov. 29 at the Woodbine in Toronto. The auction will start at 2 p.m. (EST).
