Canterbury to Pay Dividend to Shareholders

Canterbury Park Holding (Nasdaq: TRAK), which owns Canterbury Park in Minnesota, announced it will pay a dividend to its shareholders.
The company's board of directors approved a 25 cent per common share dividend to all shareholders of record as of June 28, 2002. The dividend will be distributed on July 12, 2002. Canterbury Park currently has approximately 3,562,175 shares of common stock outstanding.
Canterbury Park is Minnesota's only pari-mutuel horse track. The track has enjoyed substantial growth since opening a card club, which offers a variety of unbanked card games 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The company also provides year-round simulcasting.
