Defending champion Include and fellow grade I winners Macho Uno, Mongoose, Outofthebox, and Redattore headline the list of 36 nominees for the $500,000 Massachusetts Handicap to be contested June 1 at Suffolk Downs.

Include won the Jennings Handicap at Pimlico by nine lengths in his 2002 debut April 20 and has been pointed toward the 1 1/8 mile Mass Cap since that race. Jerry Bailey, who piloted him to victory in 2001, is expected to return this year.
