Argentine Group II Winner Critikola Retired

Seven-year-old Critikola, a group II winner in her native Argentina and grade I stakes-placed in the U.S., has been retired from racing and was bred April 28 to champion Lemon Drop Kid. Owned by Kip and Suzanne Knelman's Farfellow Farms, she is boarded at the Taylor family's Taylor Made Farm near Nicholasville, Ky.

Critikola (Tough Critic--Hola Keats, by Keats) won three stakes in Argentina and ran third in last year's Santa Margarita Invitational (gr. I) and Santa Maria (gr. I) Handicaps. She was retired with eight wins from 22 starts and earnings of $170,539.
