Personal Ensign Foals Unbridled Filly

Champion Personal Ensign's eighth foal, a bay filly by Unbridled, is doing well in her second week at Claiborne Farm near Paris, Kentucky.

Personal Ensign produced the filly, from the last crop Unbridled sired before his death in October, on April 11. "It's a nice foal, we're very pleased with it," said Gus Koch of Claiborne. "It's off to a good start."

Unbeaten Personal Ensign, a Kentucky Broodmare of the Year, will be bred later this year to first-year stallion and 2001 Kentucky Derby (gr. I) winner Monarchos, who stands at Claiborne.
