Trainer Amoss Joins Cast for TVG's 'The Works'

Trainer Tom Amoss will join the cast for "The Works," a TV Games Network program sponsored by Keeneland, from April 22-May 1. The program, in its third year, will feature workouts, training, interviews, insights, and features for the 2002 Kentucky Derby and Oaks.

The show will air on-location from Churchill Downs each day from 11:30 a.m. to noon (EDT). The final show will be a one-hour special May 2 from 11 a.m. to noon, and it will also air again from 8-9 p.m.

Amoss will join TVG's Caton Bredar, the regular host of The Works; analyst Frank Lyons; correspondent Jeff Lifson; and special guest Jill Byrne for up-to-the minute pre-race insight and analysis into the Derby and the Oaks. The centerpiece of the show will be daily coverage of workouts and training exercises.
