Tout Charmant, Stonerside mare will be bred to Storm Cat.
Tout Charmant, a millionaire for Robert and Janice McNair's Stonerside Stable, arrived at the Paris, Ky., nursery March 26 and is booked to Storm Cat. She finished fourth in the March 23 Santa Ana Handicap (gr. IIT) in her final race and captured the San Gorgonio Handicap (gr. IIT) in January in her only other start of the year. Stonerside recently suffered the death of prominent broodmares Halory and Banker's Lady.

Tout Charmant (Slewvescent--Charm a Gendarme, by Batonnier) was bred by Robert and Barbara Walter's Robert H. Walter Family Trust and raced for the trust until sold to Stonerside following her 3-year-old season in 1999. She was transferred from trainer Bob Baffert to Ron McAnally.

Six-year-old Tout Charmant won eight of 27 races and earned $1,721,879. She scored grade I grass wins in the Del Mar Oaks and Matriarch Handicap, and her seven runner-up efforts include a fine performance in the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf (gr. IT).
