First Winner for Souvenir Copy

Grade II winner Souvenir Copy was represented by his first winner when his daughter Long Term Wish won the second race offered this year at Santa Anita for 2-year-olds, a two-furlong maiden special event March 22. A homebred for John and Betty Mabee's Golden Eagle Farm, Long Term Wish won by a head in :21.98 over seven rivals. Souvenir Copy (Mr. Prospector--Dancing Tribute, by Nureyev) stands at Rick Trontz' Hopewell Farm near Midway, Ky.
