Dr. David De Jongh's has relocated his stallion Grand Jewel to Sue Dowling's Stoneview Farm near Hempstead, Texas. A son of Java Gold out of the Alydar mare Flying Rumor, Grand Jewel won two grade II stakes at Keeneland in 1993. He captured the Lexington Stakes at the spring meeting and the Fayette Handicap in track-record-equaling time in the fall.

Grand Jewel, who formerly stood at Lane's End Texas Huisache Farm near Hempstead, will stand for $1,500 live foal.
